How to Create a Support Ticket
- Log in to your StoreXpertz account.
- Navigate to the Support Tickets section in your dashboard.
- Click “Create New Ticket” and fill in the required details.
- Category: Select the type of issue (e.g., Technical, Billing, Service).
- Description: Provide a clear explanation of your issue or request.
- Attachments (Optional): Upload any relevant files or screenshots to help the support team understand your query.
- Click Submit to send your ticket to the support team.
How to Track Your Support Ticket
- Go to the Support Tickets section of your dashboard.
- View the list of your open and resolved tickets.
- Check the status of your ticket.
- Open: Your ticket has been received and is awaiting review.
- In Progress: The support team is working on your issue.
- Closed: Your ticket has been successfully closed.
- Open a ticket to view detailed updates or add comments if needed.
