How to Submit a Review
- Log in to your StoreXpertz account.
- Navigate to the Reviews & Ratings section in the dashboard.
- Select the service or Virtual Assistant you want to review.
- Write your review, describing your experience in detail.
- Click Submit Review to complete the process.
How to Rate Services
- In the Reviews & Ratings section, locate the service or Virtual Assistant you want to rate.
- Select the appropriate star rating (1–5 stars) based on your experience.
- Add optional comments to explain your rating further.
- Click Submit Rating to save your feedback.
What Happens to Your Feedback?
- Your feedback is reviewed by the StoreXpertz team to identify areas for improvement.
- Positive feedback is shared with the relevant Virtual Assistants to motivate them further.
- Constructive feedback helps enhance processes and services for all users.
