How to Submit a Review
  • Log in to your StoreXpertz account.
  • Navigate to the Reviews & Ratings section in the dashboard.
  • Select the service or Virtual Assistant you want to review.
  • Write your review, describing your experience in detail.
  • Click Submit Review to complete the process.
How to Rate Services
  • In the Reviews & Ratings section, locate the service or Virtual Assistant you want to rate.
  • Select the appropriate star rating (1–5 stars) based on your experience.
  • Add optional comments to explain your rating further.
  • Click Submit Rating to save your feedback.
What Happens to Your Feedback?
  • Your feedback is reviewed by the StoreXpertz team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Positive feedback is shared with the relevant Virtual Assistants to motivate them further.
  • Constructive feedback helps enhance processes and services for all users.
