Refund Policy:

At StoreXpertz, we strive to provide high-quality e-commerce management services. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund request. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Clients are eligible to submit a refund request in case of service delivery failure by StoreXpertz, provided that:

  • All required pre-requisites were provided in due time.
  • The client has actively cooperated throughout the process.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe mentioned in the contract.
  • Pre-Requisites for Refund Eligibility
1.1 For Existing Stores:
  • The store must be active and in compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Store login credentials and access permissions must be provided to StoreXpertz.
  • Any necessary historical data, previous performance reports, and marketplace compliance details should be shared.
  • The client must ensure uninterrupted access to relevant business accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.).
1.2 For New Stores:
  • All required business and personal information must be submitted before work commences.
  • Necessary marketplace approvals must be secured by the client unless explicitly covered in the service package.
  • The client must allocate the agreed-upon budget for inventory procurement and advertising.
  • A commitment to onboarding timelines and providing requested information promptly is required.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If a discounted coupon has been applied.
  • If the client has requested more than two revisions for product research.
  • If the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to StoreXpertz.
  • If the client has been unresponsive or inactive for more than 3 weeks.
  • If StoreXpertz's policies have been violated.
  • If another company or virtual assistant has been approached for the same project.
  • If the client fails to fulfill pre-requisites, such as providing necessary business/store details.
  • If the client does not purchase the required inventory or does not allocate the prescribed budget.
  • If a complete design change is requested after project approval (for website-related services).
  • If the refund request is submitted after the designated request period.
  • If the business is closing, changing its name, or pivoting to another model.
  • Personal reasons such as a change of mind, disagreements with a partner, or any unrelated factors will not be grounds for a refund.
  • If the store has started generating sales, no refund can be claimed.

3. Services Not Eligible for Refund

All the Ad-ons are non-refundable such as:

  • LLC Registration
  • Marketing Budget
  • Prep Center Fee
  • Social Media Management
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting

4. Processing Fees & Refund Timeline

A 10% processing fee applies to all refunds initiated from the client’s side.Refund requests will be processed within 15 working days after submission.

5. Liability Disclaimer

FStoreXpertz is not responsible for account suspensions on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, or any other platform due to a client’s past business history. Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide necessary business or personal information after the contract has been made and work has commenced.
